bouncehouse

I've decided that Heaven is probably a lot like Monkey Joe's in Castleton.
Let me clarify

Over the weekend, the munchkins got invited to a birthday party at Monkey Joe's. These places exist all over apparently - warehouse sized, Chuck E.Cheese-style party palaces; but this is the first time I've actually been inside one.
It was wall-to-wall bouncehouses. It was awesome. After about 15 minutes of moping about suffering from deep-seated envy, I throw caution (and my flip flops) to the wind and climbed in with Sophie. I have never laughed so hard. I bounced. I slid. I knocked over my four-year-old in my zeal for the next bounce. I might have become a bit of an addict.

If you haven't been, go. Seriously.
Beg, borrow or steal a kid so you have a legit. reason to attend, or call me. I'll go with you and you can claim one of my kids. I may make you buy him a hot dog, but even that's negotiable.
So, to recap:
Bounce Houses = Awesomeness
Multiple bounces + my bladder after three kids + no accidents = a flippin' miracle.

i feel a fiesta coming on...

a quickie entry, because i haven't blogged in ages.
girls night in tonight... it's a fiesta-inspired theme
i forget just how much i ache for the company of my girls until we finally set a date to get together. And then time drags like a bad b-movie slo-mo scene until I get to hear the laughter bouncing off the walls.

i love my girls.
more to come on that post-get-together
